How does Primalogik 360 Integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what Primalogik 360 is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.
Primalogik 360 is an online, easy-to-use, flexible and affordable Performance Management solution. It allows you to combine the different modules in the application to build a process that fits your needs. Modules include Goal tracking, 360-degree feedback, Performance appraisals, Instant feedback and recognition, Employee satisfaction/engagement surveys, Employee directory and everything conveniently integrated into one tool.

This integration must be configured by a user having Administrator privilege in Primalogik as well as Admin access in BambooHR.
Login to Primalogik 360. Navigate to the Administration menu in the top right corner and select "Manage Account."
Enter your BambooHR Subdomain* and click "Save."
*The Subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL, so if your URL is: https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com then your company name would be "helpcontent."
You will be redirected to your BambooHR login page. Enter your email address and password to login.
Once you login to BambooHR, you will then be redirected back to Primalogik 360 where you will see the information above.
Copy the information in the "Link URL" field to use in a future step for Single Sign-On.
If the integration did not sync as expected or if you get an error message during the setup process, please contact Primalogik support.
Login to BambooHR. On Bamboo Home, hover over the Links widget and click the "Manage" link in the top right corner.
Click "+ Add Link." Title the new link "Primalogik 360" and paste the Link URL you copied from Primalogik 360 during setup. Click "Save."
The link will now appear in the Links widget on Bamboo Home for your employees to easily sign into Primalogik 360 from BambooHR.
Automatically Sync Employees
If you'd like to import and update users automatically, you will need to check that option under "Synchronisation." The first time you configure the integration to automatically import/update users, it will start a background task and try to import all active users from BambooHR. For this to work, there must be enough room in your Primalogik 360 subscription to import all the users that exist in BambooHR. If it is not the case, a warning message will be displayed in the Integration settings page, inviting you to upgrade your subscription.
After the initial importation of users, the automatic synchronization will run every 15 minutes. It will retrieve the list of users that have changed in BambooHR since the last run and synchronize those users only. If there is a problem with the API credentials or if the maximum number of users has been reached for the current subscription, an email notification will be sent automatically to the Primalogik 360 administrators.
Manually Sync Employees
Once the integration is configured, it will be in manual mode by default. In this mode, users are not automatically imported and updated from BambooHR. Instead, it is up to the administrator to decide which users to import and when to trigger the import. This mode can be useful if you only want to import a subset of the users you have in BambooHR, for example, if you want to test the integration with a few users only.
To manually import users, click on the "Import now" link at the bottom of the Integration page, next to the option "Manually import/update users from BambooHR."
Simply select the users you'd like to import over to Primalogik 360 and then click "Import Selected Users."
