The BambooHR - JobScore integration is only available to customers on the JobScore Professional and Enterprise plans.

How do I Enable the JobScore Integration?

The BambooHR integration is only available to customers on the JobScore Professional and Enterprise plans. You can see which plan you are on here. Please contact to learn more about JobScore plans and prices. 

Login to your JobScore account. Navigate to Settings and select "Integrations."

Under the "HRIS" section, click on BambooHR.

Under Step 1, BambooHR should be preselected. If not, select BambooHR from the HRIS platform list.

If you'd like to view additional help documentation regarding the integration, click the link in Step 2.

Click "I'm Ready" to move on to enable the integration.

Under Step 3, enter your BambooHR subdomain.* Then click "Activate Integration."

*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL. For example, if your BambooHR URL is then your subdomain would be "helpcontent."

You will automatically be taken to your BambooHR URL to login to your account. Once you login, the integration will be ready to use.

How do I Hire a Candidate and Transfer the Employee to BambooHR?

The BambooHR integration creates new employee records in BambooHR when you hire candidates in JobScore. 

View the job opening in JobScore and navigate to the list of candidates. Change the "Stage" to "Hired" for the candidate you'd like to officially hire.

Determine whether or not you'd like to keep the job open. Then enter the hiring details. Click "Finish."

Confirm the candidate's information that will be directly transferred to BambooHR. Then click "Add to BambooHR."

Once the new employee is added to BambooHR, select "Click here to enter additional information and continue onboarding."

You will be redirected to the new employee's profile in BambooHR, where you can send out the New Hire Packet and begin the onboarding process.

Additionally, resumes and cover letters from JobScore can be sent into BambooHR. A folder labeled "Documents from JobScore" will be automatically created on the employee's Documents tab when you install the integration. This folder cannot be deleted, and any edits made will be changed globally.
