How does NexTravel Integrate with BambooHR?

Purpose: To help you understand what NexTravel is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

The BambooHR integration allows you to save time, reduce errors, and improve security by automatically synchronizing your company hierarchy between BambooHR and NexTravel. This feature allows companies to integrate their employee data stored in the BambooHR server to NexTravel. The ability to synchronize employee data from BambooHR to NexTravel automatically will drastically reduce the manual work of inputting the employee data one by one. Send NexTravel registration invitations to new employees automatically.

How do I Enable the NexTravel Integration?

Log in to your NexTravel account and navigate to "Company Settings." Select "Integrations," then click "Enable" next to BambooHR.

In the pop-up box, determine whether you'd like to send invites to existing and/or new employees. An email invite will give employees a link to register, login and book travel with NexTravel.

Enter your BambooHR subdomain.* Click "OK."

*Subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR account URL. So if your account URL is: then your subdomain is "helpcontent."

You will immediately be taken to your BambooHR URL to log into your account. Once you log in, the integration will automatically pull an API key from BambooHR and the integration will be complete.
