How does Jobvite Integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what Jobvite is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.
The Jobvite - BambooHR integration will send newly hired employees from Jobvite to BambooHR as new hires to initiate the onboarding process. The integration will also sync employee updates in BambooHR with Jobvite.

Jobvite currently bills a monthly fee for use of this integration in conjunction with their software. Please contact your Jobvite representative for additional information.
Navigate to the Apps Marketplace in BambooHR by clicking on the cloud icon in the top right corner. Once you click on Jobvite, select "Install."
Enter the required information you should have received from your Jobvite representative. If you haven't received this information, please contact Jobvite. Once you enter this information, click "Install" and the integration is complete.

Within Jobvite, you have Applicants (those applying for jobs), and Employees (those you have marked as hired). It is also possible to have a third group of individuals called Non-Employee Users. These are users who have access to your Jobvite account, but they are not currently employed by you, such as recruiters.
When BambooHR syncs the current list of employees to Jobvite, each record will be matched up with the corresponding Employee record within Jobvite. Any existing Non-Employee users who are not matched up with an employee record from BambooHR during the sync will be automatically disabled.
For this reason, it is important that you notify Jobvite of any Non-Employee users within your account prior to syncing the data so that they can adjust the settings on those users to prevent them from being automatically disabled during each nightly sync.
