Calendar in the Mobile App
How does the Calendar Function in the Mobile App?
Purpose: Learn how to quickly see who is out of the office as well as any upcoming holidays by utilizing the calendar in the mobile app.
Your employees will only see Calendar information if their access allows them to see the Who's Out Widget in your BambooHR main account. You can find instructions on how to adjust the employee access to this by clicking here.
To access the calendar, tap the "Calendar" button on Home.
The Calendar in the Mobile App allows you to see who will be out of the office. Specifically, you will find the following :
- Dots: Indicate dates when employees will be out of the office or a Company Holiday.
- Daily Details: Who's Out detail for the specific date selected.
- Who's Out?: An out of office overview for the month selected.
