How do I upload my profile photo?
Purpose: Personalize your employee profile by uploading your profile photo. This help guide will show you how to upload a profile photo.
Navigate to the My Info tab to upload your profile photo. Hover over the avatar image and click the pencil icon. Drag and drop your image file or click Choose File to select a photo on your computer.
Once you upload a profile photo, move the circle to where you would like the photo to be. Use the square to resize the circle shape. Click Save to upload your profile photo.
Please note that the photo must be in PNG, GIF, JPG, or BMP format. The photo box is 90x90 pixels. We recommend uploading a square photo since that is the shape of the photo box. The maximum photo size is 10 MB. Keep in mind that if your photo is too large, the photo may not appear or may upload horizontally to fix the outlined dimensions. If this happens, we recommend resizing your photo.
