How does Northpass Integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what Northpass is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

We've built a feature suite that enables business professionals with no e-learning expertise, to easily create and deliver original online training content that engages learners and improves business outcomes. Log in to your Northpass account. Navigate to "Apps" and click "Configure" next to BambooHR.
- Toggle to enable the BambooHR app.
- Enter your BambooHR Subdomain* and click "Connect BambooHR."
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR account URL. So if your account URL is: https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com then your subdomain is "helpcontent."
You will be redirected to your BambooHR URL where you can enter your email address and password to log in.
BambooHR will now be connected to Northpass.
Log in to your BambooHR account. Make sure your trainings are set up the way you'd like them to be.
Log in to Northpass. Navigate to "Apps" and click on BambooHR. Then select "Complete Setup."
Match each course in Northpass to your Trainings in BambooHR.
If your BambooHR Trainings aren't showing in the list, click "Are you missing a training?" to perform a manual sync between the two systems. This should sync all current Trainings in BambooHR to this list in Northpass.
When you add a new employee in BambooHR, he or she will automatically be assigned Trainings. The new employee will be automatically added to Northpass. After an employee has completed the Northpass course, the corresponding training will automatically be marked as complete within BambooHR.
