How does 7Geese Integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what 7Geese is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

Log in to your 7Geese account. Navigate to "Organization Settings" and select "Integrations." Click "Configure" next to BambooHR.
Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and click "Generate API Key via BambooHR OpenID Connect." You will automatically be sent to your BambooHR login page (see below).
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL. So if my URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, then my subdomain would be helpcontent.
Enter your BambooHR login credentials.
Once you log in to BambooHR, the integration will automatically pull an API key from your BambooHR account in order to integrate the two accounts.
Select which fields you want to sync from BambooHR into 7Geese. First name, Last name and Email address are required. If you do not want data to be overwritten in 7Geese, then you can change the corresponding "Always use HRIS value" drop down to "Don't overwrite existing 7Geese data."
Once you select the syncing fields, click "Verify Settings."
Confirm the details of the integration. Then click "Enable this integration."
The integration is now enabled and the sync will occur. Once the initial sync is complete, the integration will sync hourly.
