How do I Enable the RetroTax Integration?

This integration can be installed but requires additional configuration by the RetroTax team.

Click here to start setting up your BambooHR account to integrate with RetroTax. Enter your email address and subdomain* and then click "Connect" to start the integration process.

*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL so if your account URL is then your subdomain would be "helpcontent."

Once you have clicked "Connect", you will see a confirmation screen confirming that RetroTax is working on setting up the integration and they will notify you when it is ready.
