Give Peer Feedback
How do I submit Peer Feedback?
Purpose: This help guide will show you how to submit peer feedback.
Peer Email Notification
Once the manager requests feedback, the peer will receive an email notification asking them to provide feedback about the employee. The peer has 14 days to submit their peer feedback from the time the request is sent. If the peer has not given feedback, the peer will be sent a reminder email notification one day prior to the 14 days.
For example, if the manager sent the request on January 3rd, then the peer would have until January 17th to submit their peer feedback. If the peer has not submitted the feedback by January 16th, they will be sent the email reminder notification.
The peer can simply click "Give Feedback" to be taken to the inbox in order to provide feedback about the employee. (See below)
Once in the inbox, the peer will be asked two meaningful questions about the employee.*
Once the questions are answered, simply click "Submit Feedback" and the employee's manager will be notified of the completed feedback.
*Note: We are not able to add custom questions to Peer Feedback. It is designed to be light and simple for peers to give powerful feedback.
The employee will NOT be able to see the peer's responses. Only the Manager and Full Admins will be able to see peer feedback. Full Admin users will not be able to see peer feedback on themselves, even when previewing as another user.
Employee's Peer Feedback
The manager and Full Admin users are able to see Peer Feedback by going to the employee's Performance tab, then selecting "Peer Feedback."
