How do I submit peer feedback?

Purpose: This help guide will show you how to submit peer feedback. 

Email notification of peer feedback

Once the manager requests feedback, the peer will receive an email notification asking them to provide feedback about an employee. The peer has 14 days to submit their peer feedback from the date of request. If the peer has not given feedback, the peer will be sent a reminder email notification one day before the 14-day deadline.

For example, if a manager sent a request on January 3rd, the peer would have until January 17th to submit their peer feedback. If the peer has not submitted the feedback by January 16th, they will receive the email reminder notification.

The peer can click Give Feedback to go to their inbox to provide feedback about an employee (see below).

Once in their inbox, the peer will be asked two meaningful questions about the employee.* 

After the peer answers the questions, they can click Submit Feedback, and the employee's manager will get a notification of the completed feedback.

*Note: We cannot add custom questions to the peer feedback form. It helps to keep the simplicity of peer feedback for peers to provide efficient feedback.

The employee will NOT be able to view the peer's responses. Only the manager and Full Admin user(s) can view peer feedback. The Full Admin user(s) cannot view peer feedback about themselves, even while previewing as another user.

A Neat Feature: As the peer is typing their feedback, we will automatically save the content every five seconds to make sure we do not lose their valuable feedback without saving it. 

View an employee's peer feedback

The manager and Full Admin user(s) can view peer feedback by going to an employee's Performance tab, then selecting Peer Feedback.

To see feedback from multiple feedback periods, change the date range at the top of the tab, then you will see all submitted feedback for the employee during that timeframe.
