Employee Information in the Mobile App

What Employee Information is Viewable in the Mobile App?

Purpose: Learn what employee information is quickly accessible in the mobile app.

iPhone

To view a specific employee's information in the mobile app, tap "Employees" and then tap on the employee you'd like to view.

The information available to you on the employee's profile is the same as the access you have to the employee's information on the web.

Personal

The first tab you see on an employee's profile is the Personal tab. This tab will show the same information you see on the employee's profile on the web, with the exception of the SSN and any custom table fields.

Timesheet

The Timesheet tab will show the current Timesheet information for the employee. If you have edit access, you can tap on a specific day in the pay period and update the hours worked or remove time when needed.

If you'd like to see the timesheet for a previous pay period, tap "Show: This Pay Period" and you will be able to pick a previous pay period's timesheet details.

Emergency

The Emergency tab will show you the employee's emergency contact information. Tapping on the contact buttons will allow you to reach out directly to him or her in case of an emergency. Click here for more details on how to set up Access Levels.

Documents

The Documents tab will show you all documents that have been uploaded for the employee. Additionally, you can upload a document directly from your phone. Learn more about the Documents tab here.

Notes

The Notes tab will show you all notes related to the employee. Simply tap on the note to make edits, copy the note text, or delete the note. Tap "Add a Note..." at the top of the screen to add a new note on the employee's profile.

Android

To view a specific employee's information in the mobile app, tap "Employees" and then tap on the employee you'd like to view.

Info
