How does Breezy HR Integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what Breezy HR is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

Before you get started, you will need to create an API key in BambooHR. You will use this API key later during set up.
When logged into Breezy HR, click the action menu in the top right corner and select "Integrations."
Click "Enable" next to BambooHR.
Add your BambooHR subdomain* and paste the API key you created in BambooHR before beginning the integration setup. Then click "Save Changes" and the integration will be enabled. If you need to edit your integration details or disable the integration, you can do so from the Integrations page in Breezy HR.
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL so if your account URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com then your subdomain would be "helpcontent."
Candidates in Breezy HR can be moved to BambooHR in two different ways: Manually from any candidate profile or automatically with Stage Actions.
Manually from any Candidate Profile
Candidates in Breezy HR can manually be moved to BambooHR in a quick and easy way. If you have enabled the integration, then you will see a "BambooHR" button on each candidate profile. Simply click the button and the candidate will be added as an employee in BambooHR.
Automatically with Stage Actions
Candidates can automatically be added to BambooHR when they enter a particular pipeline stage using Stage Actions in Breezy HR.
To set this up, you'll need to be a Company Admin. Navigate to the action menu in the top right corner and select "Pipeline Stages." Then in the pop-up box, click the edit icon next to the pipeline you'd like to edit.
Once you are viewing the specific pipeline, click the edit icon next to the pipeline stage you'd like to add the automatic action to move the candidate to BambooHR. For most customers, this will be associated with the 'Hired" stage.
Once you are viewing the stage, check the box to "Enable" the action to add the candidate to BambooHR. Then click "Save Changes."
Candidates who enter this stage will now automatically be created as employees in BambooHR.
