How does Greenhouse integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what Greenhouse is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

Before you get started, you need to create an API key in BambooHR. You will use this API key later during the setup.
To ensure the integration works correctly, a user with Edit access to all current and future document folders on the employee profile should create the API key. The user can be an admin user or a custom access level user with this specific access.
Log in to your Greenhouse account. Select Integrations. Scroll down to BambooHR and click Connect.
Paste the API key you have created in your BambooHR account and enter your company subdomain.*
Click Save to enable the integration.
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL, so if your account URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, your subdomain would be helpcontent.
When viewing a candidate in Greenhouse and marking them as hired, you will see the Offer Accepted pop-up box. When you fill out the offer information, check Export to BambooHR? to have a new employee profile created for the candidate in BambooHR.
