How does 15Five integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what you can use 15Five for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.
15Five is the #1 performance management software out of 150 vendors on G2Crowd. Its lightweight performance management software helps managers check in with employees every week via a short survey and automated one-on-one meeting agendas. Managers who use 15Five also can easily set up and track quarterly objectives (OKRs) for their teams and individual employees, give recognition with High Fives and help employees grow with quarterly or semi-annual 360 Best-Self Reviews.

Log in to your 15Five account. Click on your profile picture and select Company Settings.
Select Integrations on the left side and then click Setup integration.
Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and click Authenticate.
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL, so if my URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, my subdomain would be helpcontent.
If you have not logged in to BambooHR, you will get redirected to your BambooHR URL and receive a prompt to log in.
The integration between BambooHR and 15Five will now enable. To finalize the integration, you will need to determine the following settings:
- Sync employee data: Determine whether you would like to have automatic sync or manual sync between the two systems.
- Sync vacations: Select if you would like to sync approved time off requests in BambooHR to 15Five.
- Email invitation: Check this box if you would like to send an email to your imported employees to welcome them to 15Five after the initial sync. If you would like a specific email message to send, you can customize the email message in the text box.
