How does 15Five Integrate with BambooHR?
Purpose: To help you understand what 15Five is used for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.

Its lightweight performance management software helps managers check-in with employees every week via a short survey and automated 1-on-1 meeting agendas. Log in to your 15Five account. Click on your profile picture and select "Company Settings."
Select "Integrations" on the left side and then click "Setup integration."
Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and click "Authenticate."
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL. So if my URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com,then my subdomain would be helpcontent.
If you are not currently logged in to BambooHR, you will be taken to your BambooHR URL and prompted to log in.
The integration between BambooHR and 15Five will now be enabled. To finalize the integration, you will need to determine the following settings:
- Sync Employee Data: Determine whether you'd like to have an automatic sync or a manual sync between the two systems.
- Sync vacations: Select if you'd like to sync approved time off requests in BambooHR to 15Five.
- Email invitation: Check this box if you'd like to send an email to your imported employees to welcome them to 15Five after the initial sync. If you'd like an email sent, you can customize the email in the text box.
Be sure to click "Save."
