Purpose: To help you understand what you can use Truework for and how you can integrate it with BambooHR.
Truework
Truework is an HR & payroll platform that automatically responds to lenders, background screening companies, and others who need to verify employment or income (VOE & VOI). You can remove unnecessary paperwork, stay compliant, and provide an easy-to-use employee self-service portal to your workforce. Seamlessly configure all of your document templates ahead of time, and grant employees instant access from any device, anywhere in the world. Whether it’s proof of employment for a landlord or an immigration letter for a visa or overseas travel, you can create any template on the platform. Admins have access to an all-in-one dashboard that ensures compliance with the latest international, federal, and state privacy laws.

BambooHR® Marketplace
Go to the Truework page in the BambooHR® Marketplace and click Request Information. You will then receive directions to enter the *subdomain of your BambooHR account and click Connect.
*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL. For example, if your BambooHR URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, your subdomain would be helpcontent.
Enter your BambooHR credentials.
If you have not already done so, create your Truework account. Once completed, Truework will contact you to complete the signup process. After completion, you can configure templates, and your employees can log in and start using the service.
Employee login verification
Once logged in, employees can create letters at truework.com/letter. Truework will verify the employee's name and email address. After verification, the employee can start using company-created templates to send employment verification to third parties.
